THE SMOKE ... IT BURNS

The smoking is one of the greatest dangers to our health, everyone knows that. Yet many people have a pack of cigarettes in his jacket pocket. I decided to address this topic because I want to strongly emphasize the hazards of smoking.
In Italy about 25% of Italians smoke: first there were only adults but now ... now even the very young make this big mistake.
In 2004 he was made a study of 608 primary school pupils of Anzio and Nettuno: 13.3% of the boys turned out to be smoker active, 32.6% non-smoker, while the remaining 54.1% were passive smokers. Although statistics say that this bad habit is a phenomenon is increasing: the smoke is what you breathe other people's cigarette. That is why it is always said that cigarettes are bad to the person who smokes but also those who are 'close.
Smoking, in addition to making the air breathable, also causes serious problems to our body: breathing difficulties, birth of several dangerous diseases and also the very serious lung cancer that is not always curable. In addition, the smoke of a pregnant woman or nursing may lead to the development of these diseases even in children.
Unfortunately, in our school (SMS Virgil Anzio), many young people smoke, because probably unaware of the risks or because they think they look more "great" lighting a cigarette.
Correct information about the real risks of smoking could, by itself, lead to quit smoking? Unfortunately it is not so simple: the cigarette contains nicotine, a substance that is addictive and does not allow the unfortunate smoker to quit easily. The only way to stop smoking is to find the will to throw the damn package and start again his life will be difficult at the beginning but then, over time, it succeeds in ... enough to want it.
Give up cigarettes and be able to live happily, or at least to live longer by protecting yourself and those around you.
Do not throw away your life, throw the cigarettes!
